Crab Sandwich

Staying with the same concept of quick and easy post-workout dinner, I come today to you with this great wrap recipe that is easy and very simple to do.

It is a recipe for everyone, those who love cooking and those who don’t!

It is a light dinner that contains everything you need.

From protein, good fats, fibers and a small amount of good carbs.

It is an exciting dinner away from the boring dry chicken breast and tasteless steamed veggies.

Staying fit and healthy start with the gym of course but end in the kitchen, half if not more of the “healthy lifestyle concept” is in the kitchen not in the gym.

And to get the better result it is essential to eat right so those endless hours in the gym won’t go for nothing.

So in order to stay healthy you need to use some creativity in your kitchen so you won’t have to come back from gym and grab anything your eyes see in the fridge because you are so sick and tired from the same chicken breast and veggies.

I try to share as much easy recipe as I can with you to help you stay healthy and stay on track.

Crab Sandwich:

Serves:  2 wraps

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Dry mint
  • 4 Imitation crab meat sticks
  • ½ Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. old fashion mustard
  • ½ ripped small avocado
  • ½ tsp. lemon juice
  • Some green leaves base
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds (optional)

Instructions:

  • In a small bowl, whisk the 2 eggs with salt pepper, dry mint and chia seeds till combined
  • Over medium heat, wipe the pan with some coconut oil.
  • Pour half of the egg mixture in the pan and form a circled shape wrap
  • Let it cook for 2 minutes than flip to the other side for 1 minute and set aside
  • Repeat with the rest of the egg mixture the same process and set aside.
  • In a high speed blender pour in the mustard, old fashion mustard, avocado, lemon juice and white pepper. And mix till combined
  • It should be a spreadable mixture not too runny.
  • Spread the mustard on the egg wraps top it with crab stick and wrap it up.
  • Serve with some green salad
  • Enjoy!
