The berries season is here and I can’t wait to start my morning with my favorite colorful smoothie!
Beside of having the most beautiful burgundy color of all, the mulberries have a lot of benefits for your body and health.
Mulberries are filled with nutrients including iron, vitamin C, vitamin K, potassium, calcium and many others. They have as well a significant amount of dietary fiber and a wide range of organic compounds.
Those many nutrition values make those burgundy berries a great helper in improving digestive health and immune system and a great antioxidants booster.
