Notes:

  • For the fish fillet, I usually choose a fresh fish that I can divide into two clean fillets, not to small and not too big, salmon is a good choice same for tuna or any other kind of medium fish size.
  • You can find the Cajun seasoning in the supermarket, my favorite blend is “Magic Seasoning Blends- Seafood Magic by Chef PAUL PRUDHOMME’S” or you can just blend it home as I do and use it with any fish recipes you like. Check this link for my homemade Cajun blend.
  • In my opinion I found the “Moulin d’or – Brunburger” the best bun till now.
  • I used my homemade pickled onions that I keep on the fridge, it’s totally easy to do and trust me it is a delightful adding to any fish recipes you have.
  • You can keep the remaining aioli sauce in a closed jar in the fridge. Check this link for the healthy homemade aioli pepper sauce recipe.
  • The nutritional information includes the patty with the bun and the aioli sauce and all the burger filling for 1 burger.
