Packed with proteins and fibers, this Mediterranean tuna salad is ready in a flash.
You don’t always have to use Mayonnaise in order for your salad to be moist and full of flavor. Give Olive Oil and Lemon a chance; you would be amazed of how good they can taste on their own. Simple, but flavorsome!
This healthy, light and full of flavor salad is the perfect replacement for the traditional tuna pasta salad loaded with carbs and mayonnaise.
This recipe is an alternative version of the tuna pasta salad loaded in mayonnaise.
One of the many things I love about this salad is that it doesn’t include any dairy products which makes it perfect for a picnic.
You can serve it with the carb of your choice – flatbread, pita etc. not to forget, you can put this tuna salad on some crackers that makes it in to an awesome snack.
