whenever you do the last week’s chicken potato tacos “that is a must try btw!” you can follow it up by this 5 minutes potato baked pie, or whenever you have some baked potato feeling lonely in the fridge!
it is very simple and with less than 5 ingredients you are done!
perfect for a lunch side or for dinner and what is more great about this recipe is that it’s healthy and easy for meal preps.
I baked it right in my glass container to save even more time and dishes !🤗

- 4 head baked potato core leftovers (or 4 baked potato peeled)
- 1 tbsp sumac
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup green onion chopped
- 4 tbsp cheddar cheese shreded
in a deep bowl , mash the potato well with a fork or a masher ad the sumac, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and green onions.
mix everything well and divide into two parts
put each part in a glass container , oven safe.
top it with 2 tbsp of cheddar cheese /each.
broil for 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese melt.
remove from oven and let it cool for a while.
enjoy or you can let it cool open in the fridge and enjoy later up to 5 days!
you can enjoy with some Greek yogurt !
