Chicken Teriyaki Bowl

Those are my favorite easy quick recipe for dinner or for lunch. I usually cook a big batch of it and pack some for the next day lunch.

It is easy to control ingredients and portions in it and know exactly how much of each macro I am having.

I always try to cook recipes that are healthy and filling but at the same time not boring and flavorless like all diet food taste.

It is a simple equation for me, if it is not beautiful to look at and delicious to eat, I’m not having it no matter how beneficial it is! 😛 from that my passion for healthy cooking developed.

This teriyaki chicken bowl is the best tender healthy meal you can have.
Tender chicken is sautéed or steamed until juicy and simmered in a homemade, healthy teriyaki sauce. Served with fresh steamed veggies (I highly recommend broccoli) and rice. Once you have a taste of this great recipe you will forget all about takeout!
This recipe comes together in less than 30 minutes with very easy ingredients that you can find any day in your pantry.

And I always like to steam my chicken before cooking it in the pan, this way I may sure they all cooked well before tossing them in the pan with any dressing I want. And for that I invest my money in a very useful kitchen gadget that steam in no time and in the less mess possible in the kitchen, it work perfect for me because I can cook around 3 serving in it at once and store it for later use. If you want to know more about this gadget check this link for details!
