1 clean glass jar with the cover
Ingredients
10stickscelery
1cupwater
1/4cupbrown sugar
1tsp whole peppercorn
1tspmustard seeds
1/2tspwhole cloves
1tbspflake salt
1/4 cupapple cider vinegar
Instructions
start with bring the water to boil in a deep pan . add the sugar,salt and all the peppers and seasonings. add the vinegar and bring everything to boil. turn off the heat and set aside.
cut and clean the celery stick from the leaves . cut into 4 cm diagonal slices . wash a drain well from any dirt .
add the chopped celery in the clean jar and add the vinegar mixture to the jar and let it cool down completely before you close it well and let it set and a dark cold place for around 12 hours to give him an extra boost to ferment before storing it in the fridge door .
Notes
make sure you use a glass jar that is clean and sterilized.
if you live in a cool and cold place you can stores your pickles jars in your dark dry pantry.
after you open you jar it is better to store it in the fridge.
