Living a healthy routine most of the year, can make your body respond to holiday feasts differently. During this holiday season I felt so heavy and sleepy all the time, I couldn’t wait to get away of all this greasy food and get back to my clean and healthy lifestyle.
Last week I got back to eating and cooking healthy, I wish I could share all the recipes I cook with you guys so you can see how easy and fun it is to be healthy. Unlike what people think, It is not boring and very easy to get a habit of doing it.
And this week I got back to the gym, and worked out. I feel satisfied and happy to be back to my routine specially that I came back to work and to the rush and stress of my daily tasks. Working out and cooking is my stress relief.
As I said before I cook a lot but I don’t have much time to share all with you guys, between a full time job and freelance work as an architect and between keeping my healthy lifestyle from cooking to working out, I barely find a couple of hours in the evening to write these few articles and share with you the recipes.
With time I hope I will settle down, work less, and enjoy my passion for healthy food blogging more. Till then, why don’t you take me as an inspiration, despite all that work I have I still have time to workout, cook, stay healthy AND share as much as I can with you so I can help you do it too!
Today’s recipe is inspired by this fast life; it is a fast, easy dinner recipe. It is easy to combine and perfect for an after workout dinner because it is rich in protein and healthy fats, and low in carbs. It is creamy, moist and full of flavors.
