There is nothing better than a piece of chocolate with some warm drink on those first days of rain.
I don’t know if it is an emotional or physical factor that makes me crave more chocolate when it’s raining.
But whatever the reason is, I need to have my chocolate and I need to stay fit and healthy at the same time.
So I came up with this perfect recipe that is healthy/delicious/full of chocolate.
It is a perfect dessert that you can take as energy boost before your workout or as snack for your chocolate craving, just grab and go whenever you like!
With no further introductions, the picture speaks for itself and for the taste you got to try to believe.
What I can tell you is that even my own picky brothers ate the whole pan and didn’t even notice that it is sugar free, gluten free , flour free, egg free, dairy free and doesn’t contain any kind of artificial or processed ingredients that are usually used in chocolate brownies and fudge recipes.
It is a piece of pure chocolate that will melt in your mouth and with each bite you will explore a whole new level of flavors and aroma.
Don’t be surprised with the ingredients, always be ready to try new things, cooking is an art that needs your imagination just like any other form of fine arts.
The whole idea of cooking healthy is to find a smart way to use those super foods and invest their benefits in our body with interesting recipes that keep us excited about eating healthy.
All the ingredients are natural ingredients that can easily be found especially in this region of the world (the Middle East). These ingredients have many benefits for your health on many different levels.
