Ingredients
1¼cups freshly squeezed juicechoose your favorite flavor, such as orange, apple, mixed berries or any mixed veggies and fruits
¼cupgrass-fed gelatin powder
1tbspmonk fruit sugar or honeyadjust to taste
Instructions
In a small saucepan, pour the freshly squeezed juice.
Stir in the monk fruit sugar or honey and mix until it is fully dissolved.
Sprinkle the gelatin powder evenly over the surface of the juice. Mix to dissolve and Let it sit and bloom for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes firm.
Once bloomed, place the saucepan over low heat and gently warm the mixture,
stirring continuously until the gelatin is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Be careful not to boil.
Remove from heat andUsing a dropper or a small spoon, carefully pour the mixture into silicone gummy bear molds.
Refrigerate the molds for at least 2 hours until the gummies are completely set.
Once set, remove the gummies from the molds and enjoy!
