Homemade gummy bears

Create healthy homemade gummy bears with freshly squeezed juice, grass-fed gelatin, and natural sweetener. These nutritious, customizable treats are perfect for kids and adults!
Servings 4 trays

Ingredients

  • cups freshly squeezed juice choose your favorite flavor, such as orange, apple, mixed berries or any mixed veggies and fruits
  • ¼ cup grass-fed gelatin powder
  • 1 tbsp monk fruit sugar or honey adjust to taste

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, pour the freshly squeezed juice.
  • Stir in the monk fruit sugar or honey and mix until it is fully dissolved.
  • Sprinkle the gelatin powder evenly over the surface of the juice. Mix to dissolve and Let it sit and bloom for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes firm.
  • Once bloomed, place the saucepan over low heat and gently warm the mixture,
  • stirring continuously until the gelatin is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Be careful not to boil.
  • Remove from heat andUsing a dropper or a small spoon, carefully pour the mixture into silicone gummy bear molds.
  • Refrigerate the molds for at least 2 hours until the gummies are completely set.
  • Once set, remove the gummies from the molds and enjoy!

  • Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.Make sure the container is sealed well to prevent them from drying out or absorbing moisture.
