Carob Molasses Dalgona Coffee
Equipment
- 1 milk frother like this one
Ingredients
For the Whipped Coffee:
- 2 tbsp instant coffee Nescafé
- 1½ tbsp carob molasses
- 2 tbsp hot water
For Serving:
- 1 cup cold milk of your choice
- Ice cubes
Optional toppings: pinch of cinnamon or drizzle of carob molasses
Instructions
Step 1 – Make the Whipped Coffee
- In a small bowl, combine the instant coffee, carob molasses, and hot water.
- Use a milk frother (or a handheld whisk or mixer) to whip the mixture for about 2–3 minutes until it becomes fluffy and light.
Step 2 – Serve
- Fill a glass with ice and cold milk of your choice.
- Top with the whipped coffee mixture.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon or drizzle more molasses, if desired. Stir before drinking to combine the flavors.

- This drink is served cold, but you can also make a hot version by using steamed milk instead of cold.
- If you prefer a sweeter drink, add honey, maple syrup, or sugar directly to the milk before pouring the whipped topping.
