Notes
You can use any kind of milk you like; I use almond milk or plant-based milk to boost the good fats amount into the recipe. And nuts are a great boost for the milk supply
You can substitute honey with any syrup of your liking, I tried it also with date syrup for a richer recipe and dates are great for the milk supply, try it out!
You can use any combination of dry fruits you like. You can also add nuts and seeds.
I tried this recipe with frozen and fresh blueberries, and both end up with good result, just don’t thaw the freezed berries , remove from the freezer directly to the mix.
For the best result use the rolled oat but I tried it with other types and turned out just fine also, the texture is slightly different, but it works.
