Cinnamon and Coffee French toast:
Ingredients
- Thick whole wheat bread
For the toast dipping mixture:
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
- ½ tsp fresh ginger
grated
- 1 tbsp. instant coffee
- ½ cup chopped pecans

Instructions
- Preheat on medium heat the raclette or a normal non-stick skillet
- Whisk all the ingredients of the toast dipping mixture.
- Dip the thick bread in egg mixture on both sides and drain well than put on the preheated grill or skillet.
- Cook for 3-4minutes on each side till golden brown.
- Flip and cook on the other side for also 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from the grill pour some baked fruits mix over and drizzle some date syrup on the top.
