tahini sauce
1tbsptahini
1tbspraw honey
dashsalt
for assembly
2sliceswhole wheat bread
1mediumapple(sweet type of apple preferably)
1tspdry rosemary leaves(or fresh)
1tbspraw honeyfor garnish
Instructions
for the tahini sause
just mix the tahini and honey with a little dash of salt until well combined
for the assembly
you can toast the bread slices before.than spread the tahini mixture evenly on the two slicestop it with apple (cut into thin slices)drizzle some honey and remaining tahini mixture on top of it and sprinkle some rosemary leaves on top of itserve and enjoy!
Notes
you use pear instead of the appleyou can mix and match with the topping with some grounded cinnamon or some crushed nuts.but I really recommend trying the combination above and build up from there.You can prepare 4 slices in advance and store it for your daily snack for the next 4 days in the fridge.
